All automated dialler traffic must conform to Ofcom regulations before we accept it.

In short, Ofcom stipulate that :

a) Abandoned calls should account for less than 3% of traffic from that destination.
b) Calls should be allowed to ring for at least 15 seconds
c) An information message should be played when calls are connected but subsequently abandoned
d) Calling Line Identification should be displayed
